The Ascend Fitness App is available on Androids and the web. You can download the Android app here. You can also sign up on the web at https://app.ascendfitapp.com. All of the same features are available on each platform and you can use whichever one you prefer. Internet

How Do I Delete My Account?

You may delete your account by going to Menu -> Settings -> Delete Account. Once you delete your account, you will no longer be able to sign in with your account credentials. Please note that this is different than wiping all user data. If you'd like to delete

Can I Use Ascend Fitness Without Internet Access?

Unfortunately, you can not use Ascend Fitness without internet access. If you know you will be in a place without access, you may view your workout and take a screenshot of the movements that are part of your workout. You may note your results elsewhere and then enter them once

Can I access Ascend Fitness on a computer or web browser?

Yes! All Ascend Fitness features are available on a computer (web browser) and apps.

How Do I Change My E-mail?

If you need the login email of an existing account changed, please contact us at support@ascendfitness.zendesk.com.

How Do I Change My Password?

If you are logged in the app you, can select Settings > Change Password If you are logged out of the app, you can go to https://app.ascendfitapp.com/password-reset to change it.

What Payment Methods Are Available?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AmEx are accepted payment methods.

Issues Logging In

If you can't remember your password, you can reset it by going to https://app.ascendfitapp.com/password-reset and following the appropriate steps. If you are getting other errors while logging in please contact us at support@ascendfitness.zendesk.com.

How do I save the weights used for each exercise?

At this time, all weights used should be recorded in the comments section after completing each movement.

Who Can Use Ascend Fitness?

Anyone residing in the USA who is 18 years and older can use Ascend Fitness. Service for those residing outside of the USA is not available at this time.
