If no one has purchased your published program, or if you want to change it for future users, you can duplicate it by going to the main menu and selecting Coaching and then selecting the program you want to modify. Next, select the 3 dots on the right top corner of your screen. You can duplicate the program to keep all of the original contents, and then change the parts of the program you would like. Once you've published your new program, you can delete the old one to prevent it from being purchased by new users. Once a program is deleted, users who have purchased before it was deleted will still have access to it, but new users will not be able to purchase.

To see your earnings and schedule your payout, go to the Coaching tab on the main menu. The number of programs you've sold as well as your earnings will be displayed. To start selling priced programs and earning money, you must set up your payments account, in order to give us a way to transfer your earned money to your bank account. The payment setup is located at the top of the coaching tab. You will only have to complete this process once. Ascendfitapp.com uses Stripe for payouts and the steps within the payment setup process are required by Stripe. You must complete all of the steps in order to start earning.
You do not have to complete payment setup if you only plan on posting free programs.

The pending balance is a balance you've requested to be paid out to you, but it is still pending transfer to your bank account from Stripe. With Stripe, the first payout may take 7-14 days. Subsequent payments should be processed in 2 business days for users in the United States.

To initiate a transfer from your Ascend Fitness earnings to your bank account, you can trigger the payout by going to the coaching tab, selecting payment portal. This will take you to the stripe portal where you can initiate your payment request. One you're redirected to Stripe, select payouts, then select create a payout.

The price you charge for your program is up to you. Your earnings per program purchase will be displayed after you've set your price for transparency. You will get to determine the price that users see on the store. The fees that will be taken by Ascend Fitness will be taken out of that price, and not added on to the total. Residents of Michigan will have to pay a 6% tax. Residents of all other states will not have to pay a tax.
