The amount of money you've earned by selling programs will be located in the coaching tab. The available balance will be what you have earned but haven't cashed out yet. The pending balance is a balance you've requested to be paid out to you, but it is still pending transfer to your bank account from Stripe. With Stripe, the first payout may take 7-14 days. Subsequent payments should be processed in 2 business days for users in the United States.
To initiate a transfer from your Ascend Fitness earnings to your bank account, you can trigger the payout by going to the coaching tab, selecting payment portal. This will take you to the stripe portal where you can initiate your payment request. One you're redirected to Stripe, select payouts, then select create a payout.
